TOCAMPER FIELD REGULATIONS
§1 GENERAL PROVISIONS
1. The owner of the Camper Park is the Association of Sea Fishermen – Producer Organization with its registered office in Władysławowo, address: 10 Portowa Street, 84-120 Władysławowo, registered by the District Court in Wejherowo, National Court Register under KRS number: 0000058839, REGON: 00702651100000, NIP: 5861213208, tel.: + 48 504 139 053, sekretariat@zrm-op.org.
2. The Regulations define the rules of using the Camper Park area, and the manner of using the provided technical devices, installations and equipment.
3. These rules define the obligations of Guests regarding their behavior during their stay or stay in the Camper Park and the manner of using the provided technical devices, installations and equipment.
4. All persons entering and entering the Camper Park (Guests) are obliged to read these Regulations. Entering the premises means acceptance of the regulations.
5. The Regulations are intended to ensure the safety and comfort of all Guests.
§2 ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE OF GUESTS
1. The guest is obliged to check in at the reception immediately after arriving at the Camper Park.2. The reception is open daily from 7:00 to 11:00 and from 14:00 to 19:00, at other times the service is available upon prior notice.
3. Persons registered at the reception desk and holding a residence card are entitled to use the area after prior completion of registration formalities and payment for the entire period of stay on the first day in accordance with the applicable Price List.
4. Check-in time is from 2:00 p.m. to 11:00 a.m. the next day.
5. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The main gate is closed during these hours. Arrivals or departures at the above-mentioned times must be individually agreed with the Camper Park staff.
6. Persons with a residence card are entitled to use the Camper Park, which must be kept until the day of departure.
7. Visits of visitors to the Camper Park should be reported to the reception desk each time. Visitors may stay in the Park from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. if it has been previously reported at the reception desk and comply with these Regulations.
8. Camper Park reserves the right to refuse to accept a Guest who, during their previous stay, grossly violated the Regulations, caused damage to the property of the Camper Park, damage to the Guest, employee or other persons staying in the Camper Park or otherwise disturbed the peaceful stay of the Guests or the operation of the facility.
9. After the end of the stay day, the users of the Camper Park are obliged to leave the area by reporting their departure or extend their stay by paying an additional fee – in accordance with the currently applicable Price List.
§3 USE OF THE CAMPER PARK AREA
1. The Owner makes available to the Guests the area of the Camper Park with the area (borders) and pitches for motorhomes marked in the area.
2. The place where the vehicle (camper) is parked is designated by the Camper Park staff during check-in. It is forbidden to change the accommodation position (designated parking place for the camper) without prior permission issued by the Camper Park staff.
3. Parking vehicles is allowed only in designated places.
4. Before leaving the Camper Park, the Guest is obliged to clean up and leave the place where they were staying intact. The guest is not responsible for the use of the shared space as a result of its proper use.
5. Traffic rules apply to the Camper Park as in the residential zone.
6. It is forbidden to carry out any repair, service or care work on motor vehicles, including washing them, in the Camper Park.
7. A child up to 13 years of age staying in the Camper Park should be under the constant care of an adult (e.g. a legal guardian or a person authorized by him in a legally permitted manner) obliged to supervise this child. The supervising person decides whether the child will use individual parts of the Camper Park infrastructure alone or with him/her, in accordance with the applicable terms of use of such infrastructure (including devices and equipment available in the Camper Park).
8. Keeping animals in the Camper Park is possible after reporting this fact at the reception desk and paying the fee provided for in the Price List.
9. The animals must not pose a threat to human life and health and must not disturb other users using the Camper Park.
10. Animal owners are obliged to comply with the generally applicable provisions of the law, including sanitary and epidemiological regulations, and in particular to immediately clean up the contamination caused by animals on the premises of the center.
11. It is forbidden to let dogs go without the possibility of controlling them and without marking that would allow the identification of the owner or guardian.
12. If the owner or guardian of the animal does not comply with the above rules, the Camper Park Owner reserves the right to demand that the Guest leave the area immediately.
§4 USE OF TECHNICAL DEVICES AND EQUIPMENT
1. The Guest may use the facilities available to Guests in the Camper Park, including sanitary rooms and their equipment (washbasins, toilet bowls, urinals, showers, etc.) only in accordance with their intended purpose. The rules for using these devices and the rules of maintaining order and respect for other people using the Camper Park infrastructure should be taken into account.
2. Washing dishes and clothes is allowed only in designated places.
3. Access to electricity connections (including power sockets) and water is limited by the number of stands with connections available at a given time. The energy source should be used in accordance with its intended purpose and in a way that does not expose yourself or others to danger.
4. In the event of additional recommendations, regulations or graphics specifying the rules for the use of individual devices, installations or equipment, the Guest is obliged to comply with them.
§5 STORAGE OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS
AND LIABILITY FOR DAMAGE CAUSED IN THE CAMPER PARK
1. Persons entering the Camper Park are asked not to leave their belongings, luggage and other items in places not intended for it. The guest is obliged to take care of their property and personal belongings left in the Camper Park.
2. A person staying in the Camper Park is fully financially responsible for any damage and destruction of property caused by their fault.
3. The owner is not responsible for damage caused by force majeure (including cases of bad weather conditions) or only due to the fault of the injured party or a third party for whom he is not responsible.
4. The Guest is responsible for any damage to property and person caused by his fault, therefore he is obliged to repair them on general terms.
5. The owner does not bear any financial responsibility for items lost or left in the Camper Park.
§6 ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION
1. To dispose of rubbish, there are bins placed in the Camper Park. Waste segregation is obligatory on the premises.
2. There is a waste dump in the Camper Park.
3. It is forbidden to throw away rubbish and waste outside the designated places.
4. It is forbidden to light a barbecue in the Camper Park, unless there is a designated place for it.
5. The guest is obliged to keep the place where they are staying tidy and clean.
6. The Guest is obliged to protect all plants in the Camper Park.
§7 ORDER AND PEACE
1. The Guest is obliged to observe order and peace, polite behavior and not to violate the rights and things of third parties.
2. In the event of non-compliance with the rules set out in these Regulations, the owner of the Camper Park may refuse them further stay on its premises.
3. Quiet hours in the Camper Park are in force during the hours indicated in §2 section 3 above, i.e. from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. (the quiet hours are the time of rest and respect for the sleep time of other Camper Park Guests).
4. During the curfew, it is necessary to behave in such a way as not to hinder or prevent other Guests from resting and sleeping. The curfew rules apply to all activities during the quiet period, including listening to music, watching videos or socializing.
5. In the Camper Park, it is forbidden to behave aggressively and use vulgar words, in accordance with generally accepted norms of social coexistence.
6. Persons driving vehicles in the Camper Park are obliged to exercise special caution.
§8 OTHER RULES
1. The Guest is obliged to immediately report any noticed damages, malfunctions of installations and equipment to the Camper Park staff. In the event of such malfunctions, the Guest should refrain from using defective installations and equipment and choose functional equipment, in accordance with the other provisions of the Regulations.
2. In the Camper Park it is forbidden to:
a) smoking, excluding specially marked and designated places;
b) lighting bonfires and barbecues;
c) bring in or possess – weapons or other dangerous objects, explosives, pyrotechnic products, flammable materials, drugs, narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances, the so-called “legal highs” and other items that may cause a threat to the life or health of people staying on the premises;
d) pollute or litter the area of the Camper Park;
e) disturb or destroy items belonging to the Owner or other persons (including stickers, painting on walls);
f) violating the places of stay of other Guests;
g) enter rooms or parts of rooms located in the Camper Park that are not intended for Guests;
h) selling, advertising, canvassing or collecting money without the consent of the Owner;
j) any behavior that discriminates against other Guests (m.in. racism, anti-Semitism, xenophobia or homophobia);
3. Security Officer:
a) has the right to apprehend a person who poses a direct threat to human life or health, as well as to protected property, until the Police arrive at the scene of the incident;
b) has the right to issue instructions and recommendations regarding safety and order in the Camper Park – within the limits specified in the provisions of generally applicable law and these Regulations.
4. Vehicles with poor technical condition, including vehicles with leaks of operating fluids (e.g. oil, coolant) or fuel, and vehicles in a condition that threatens the life or health of Guests or other persons, property of third parties, or objectively likely to lead to soil contamination are prohibited from entering the Camper Park.
5. Complaints should be reported at the Reception Desk or electronically to adres:info@tocamper.pl.
In order to properly consider the complaint, please provide proof confirming the purchase of a place to stay, submit a statement (demand) with a description of the complaint. Information about the settlement of the complaint will be provided to the complainant in writing or electronically (e-mail) to the contact details provided by the complainant within fourteen days from the date of receipt of the complaint by the Owner. The complaint will be considered in accordance with the rules provided for by law.
§9 CONSEQUENCES OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF ORDER IN THE CAMPER PARK
1. The Guest is obliged to comply with all provisions of these Regulations and to follow the instructions and recommendations of the Camper Park staff and security staff.
2. In the event of non-compliance with the conditions, including the orders and prohibitions set out in these Regulations, or failure to comply with the instructions of the Camper Park staff or security staff based on the terms and conditions of the Regulations or the provisions of law – the Camper Park Owner (including through its authorized employees) may refuse the Guest further stay on its premises (termination of the service). In the event of termination of the service of stay to the Guest – the Guest is obliged to immediately leave the Camper Park area with all their belongings (which includes the obligation to leave the Camper Park by motorhome).
3. By making a reservation, the Guest hereby consents to the processing of their personal data for the purposes of their reservation and stay in the Camper Park, in accordance with Article 6(1a) of the Decree on the Property of the Domestic Property and Property Regulations.
